Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

 

  • Day: 1 Delhi Arrival

    You will be guided to the classy hotels in Delhi after you step into Delhi Airport or New Delhi Railway station. Shed away your tiredness for a while and after that get ready for a short trip to the famous places of New Delhi as well as Old Delhi. After covering Qutub Minar, Chandni Chowk, Jama Masjid, Red Fort, President’s House and other popular places you will return to the hotel for a pleasant night stay.
     
  • Day: 2 Delhi / Manali ( 535 Kms / 12 Hrs )

    Post breakfast you will be taken to the New Delhi railway station to board Chandigarh train. On arrival to Chandigarh, you will have to take the road route for Manali (6726 feet) which is India’s most charming hill station located in the Beas River valley in the lovely state of Himachal Pradesh. For a luxurious overnight stay spend the night in an opulent pre-booked hotel in Manali.
     
  • Day: 3 Manali - Rohtang Pass - Manali ( 50 Kms - 02 Hrs one side )

    Get ready for an excited Rohtang Pass trip on the third day of your trip. After completing your breakfast, you will be guided to the major destinations of Manali including Kothi Gorge, Gulaba, Marhi, Solang valley and of course Rohtang Pass. However, the final trip to Rohtang Pass completely depends on the weather condition of that day. The picturesque natural beauty of these places will follow you until you leave Manali. In Rohtang Pass and Solang valley, plenty of adventure activities like paragliding, trekking, igloo making, skiing will make your visit-worthy. By evening you will return to Manali and grab some tranquil sleep on the lap of the mountains.
     
  • Day: 4 Manali / Kullu ( 40 Kms - 01 Hr )

    During the first half of the fourth day on relishing on your breakfast, you will be taken to the attractive locations of Manali, among which Hidimba Devi Temple founded in the year 1553, Tibetan Monastery, Manu Temple, Vashisht village etc. are notable. After finishing your lunch you will take the road route to Kulu. Enroute you will be able to seek the blessings from Vaishno Devi Temple in Kulu. After reaching Kulu, lodge into your hotel and relax. In your free time during the evening, you can explore the local bazaar and shops where you can buy excellent quality woolen products to gift your near and dear ones. Take a tight nap in the hotel and get energized for the next day.
     
  • Day: 5 Kullu / Shimla ( 207 Kms - 06 Hrs )

    After relishing Kulu special breakfast, you have to leave for Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh. This mesmerizing hill station will give you a warm welcome on your arrival. The structures of this hilly terrain aptly remind you of the colonial reign. You are free to do whatever activities you would like to do on the fifth day in Shimla. Explore the unparallel natural beauty and take a walk to the Mall road or Ridge road in the evening. Make yourself comfortable in the hotel at night and slide into good night sleep.
     
  • Day: 6 Shimla - Kufri - Chail and return to Shimla

    Get up early, take a quick morning brunch and set off for an excursion to Naldehra, Chail and Kufri. These charming places and adjoining locations will allow you to have some exciting adventure activities and great pleasure. In Kufri try out skiing and tobogganing, the most popular adventure sports of this place and in Chail take delight in hiking. Have a tight sleep after you return to your hotel in Shimla.
     
  • Day: 7 Shimla / Chandigarh ( 113 Kms - 3.5 Hrs )

    During the post-breakfast session roam around Shimla and visit the Sankat Mochan Temple, Jakhu Temple devoted to Lord Hanuman, Indian Institution of Advanced Studies and many more. After munching on your lunch you have to pack your bags to leave for Chandighar via road. On arrival to Chandigarh, check-into the hotel and freshen up. In the evening take a stroll and visit the popular markets of the city. Take rest at night in the hotel.
     
  • Day: 8 Chandigarh / Delhi ( 245 Kms - 4.5 Hrs )

    On the last day of your trip, explore the most attention-grabbing places of Chandigarh like Rock Garden (Nek Chand’s Rock garden), Sukhna Lake, etc. You can also try the boat riding on the artificial Sukhna Lake on the lazy sunny afternoon. Finally, you will be escorted to Delhi via road. On returning to Delhi, take your preferred transportation, either flight or train, for your next destination.
