Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

 

  • Day: 1 Arrive in Delhi

    On your arrival at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, you will be greeted by our representatives with a warm traditional welcome. They will escort you to the hotel and help you with the check-in process and hand-over your necessary documents for the rest of your journey. Unwind the whole day in the hotel to get over the stress of your long flight journey. Sleep peacefully at the hotel at night.
     
  • Day: 2 Delhi City Tour + Rickshaw Ride

    The next morning, post breakfast you will leave for a whole day tour of Delhi city encompassing Jama Mosque where you can enjoy a rickshaw ride, Humayun’s Tomb, Qutab Minar, Lakhsminarayan Temple-home to all Hindu Deities, Lotus Temple, Red Fort and Raj Ghat. After the exciting city tour, you will be heading back to your hotel and pass by some important government buildings like the Parliament, the President’s House and the India Gate. You will have the evening free for leisurely activities and can go out on your own. Then come back to the hotel and rest for the night.

    Kindly Note: Red Fort is closed on Every Monday.
     
  • Day: 3 Delhi / Kalka ( By Train ) Kalka / Shimla (By Toy Train )

    You will have to leave early in the morning to board the Kalka superfast train from Delhi. On reaching Kalka, you will enjoy a lovely ride on a Toy Train to Shimla passing by the pine forests and numerous tunnels. Our representatives will be waiting for you at Shimla station and help you check into your hotel there. You may spend the rest of the day enjoying the pleasant weather and mesmerizing beauty of Shimla. While away the night at hotel in peace and comfort.

    Another Option:

    You will be received at Kalka by our representatives and then you will be driven to Shimla by road. After reaching Shimla, you need to check-into the hotel and get refreshed. Next you will take a half-day sightseeing trip covering Jakoo Temple, Mall Road and State Museum & Library. Return to hotel for overnight stay.
     
  • Day: 4 Shimla Tour + Excursion To Kufri

    After a quick breakfast, you will set off for a half day tour of Shimla. During your tour you will visit the Jakoo Temple, Christ Church, Golf Course & Viceroy Lodge and The Ridge. Then you will head towards Kufri, which is famous for its picturesque beauty and pleasurable weather. Spending some valuable time there, come back to the hotel and unwind for the night.
     
  • Day: 5 Shimla / Manali ( 225 Kms / 07 Hrs ) + Manali Tour

    After grabbing your breakfast, you will be driven to Manali-the Queen of Hills through the beautiful Himalayas. Check into the pre-booked Manali hotel and take some rest. Then you will visit the Hadimba Temple, Raghunath Temple, Solang Valley (Snow Point), Vashishta Bath and Beas Kund. After this beautiful tour reverts back to your hotel and take a comfortable nap in your cozy hotel room.
     
  • Day: 6 Excursion To Rohtang Pass

    Finishing your delicious breakfast, you will be heading to Rohtang Pass, located at a distance of 53 Km from Manali. You will pass by the breathtaking landscapes, mountains and glaciers to reach the Rohtang Pass. After your Rohtang Pass Excursion return to Manali. After coming back to Manali in the evening, you may go out on a shopping spree. Spend the night comfortably at the hotel.
     
  • Day: 7 Manali / Dalhousie ( 345 Kms / 09 Hrs )

    In the morning hours after having an early breakfast, you will be leaving for Dalhousie known as Himachal’s Quite Hill Station by road. Once you reach Dalhousie, you may relax for the rest of the day after an exhausting drive in the hills.
     
  • Day: 8 Dalhousie Sightseeing Tour

    Munching on to your breakfast you will step out of your Hotel to visit the Dainkund Peak, Satdhara Falls, Central Park, Panch Pulla and the Church of Scotland. You can spend the rest of the day doing your personal activities like shopping and taking a stroll through the lovely locales. Then head back to the hotel for grabbing a good night sleep.
     
  • Day: 9 Dalhousie / Dharamshala ( 115 Kms / 03 Hrs ) + Dharamshala Tour

    The next morning post breakfast, you will be driven to Dharamshala. After getting some rest you will enjoy the charm of the place by visiting The Bhagsu Falls, Kangra Art Museum, Kangra Fort, Namgyal Monastery, Kareri Lake, Dal Lake and Kaleshwar Mahadev Temple. Spend the night peacefully at the Dharamshala Hotel.
     
  • Day: 10 Dharamshala ( Free Day At Leisure )

    You can spend the entire day on your own at Dharamshala enjoying its religious beauty, doing shopping or mingling with the local residents.
     
  • Day: 11 Dharamshala / Chandigarh ( 215 Kms / 7.5 Hrs )

    Post breakfast you will leave for a long drive to Chandigarh. On reaching there, take some rest and then step out for a guided half-day tour to visit the Government Museum, Art Gallery, Rock Garden and Sukhana Lake. You will have the evening free for shopping and other personal activities. Spend a comfortable night in the hotel.
     
  • Day: 12 Chandigarh / Delhi ( By Flight ) - Departure

    After relishing a filling breakfast you will be driven to Chandigarh Airport by our representatives for on time boarding of your flight to Delhi. On reaching Delhi, you will be received warmly and guided to board your respective flight for onward trip. With this, your tour of the Blue Mountains will come to an end leaving behind some magical memories in your mind.
