Day: 3 Ayurveda Session By Professional Experts + Excursion Trip To Kanayakumari ( 120 Kms / 03 Hrs - One Way )
In the morning hours you will be provided with Yoga session. After having a nutritious and healthy breakfast you will enjoy the Ayurveda Therapies recommended by the IMT doctor for your specific treatment. In the latter half of the day, you will be escorted on a fantastic tour of the beautiful town of Kanyakumari, known as the extreme point of Southern India. Here you will witness Mahatma Gandhi Memorial, Government Museum, Thiruvallur Statue and Vivekananda Rock Memorial. During the evening enjoy a lovely sunset at the famous Sunset point of Kanyakumari. After the long day tour, you will be guided back to your hotel to spend a comfy night.Day: 4 Ayurveda Session By Professional Experts + Boat Cruise On Backwaters
On completion of the daily yoga session, you will be served with a healthy breakfast platter. After relishing your morning brunch take pleasure in the Ayurveda Therapies offered by IMT Ayurveda doctor. In the afternoon you are free to go for boating in the lovely backwaters of Thiruvallam. By the end of the day you will be again dropped into the hotel to enjoy a relaxing night sleep.Day: 5 Kovalam

You will be free for the rest of the day for shopping around the beautiful locales of Kovalam.
