  • Day: 1 Delhi / Bagdogra ( By Flight ) / Darjeeling ( By Train )

    Eastern frontiers welcome you at the Tea Capital of Darjeeling, famous world over for its aroma and taste. Experience the environs in which the tea grows and meet and see the people of the mountain region who nurture and cultivate the same as they go about living their day to day life in this picturesque and quiet location of Incredible India. Namaste! Welcome to Incredible India. Today you depart from Delhi Airport for Bagdogra Airport/ New Jalpaiguri Station and depart for Darjeeling. Enjoy Traditional Welcome and proceed for check-in to your hotel. Free Time to relax in the tea capital of the world and Overnight stay is in the hotel.
     
  • Day: 2 Darjeeling Sightseeing

    Scale new heights as you find yourself standing next to the Mighty Kanchanchanga, next to Everest in height and beauty, engulf in the sea of nature and enjoy the biodiversity of this eastern earthy city that is brimming with life and culture with an influencing and visible Buddhist approach towards its surroundings. You start your day with an early morning visit to the Tiger hill to catch a glimpse of the rising sun and get a chance to capture the hues of the morning sun as it spreads all around and on might Mt. Kanchanchanga. Visit the famous Buddhist site of Ghoom Monastery showcasing the statue of the future Maitreyi Buddha and Batasia Loop to enjoy the view of the 360-degree turn that the toy train makes at this point and provides, in turn, some breathtaking views of the eastern Himalayan Range. After breakfast gets ready to start half day sightseeing of this Colonial Hill Queen of the East as you feast on marvels like the botanical garden, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute and visit the local bazaars selling the famous tea and other handcrafted items made of bamboo. Evening is free at leisure to stroll on the mall and soak the flavors of this quaint little Tibet in India. Overnight stay is in the hotel.
     
  • Day: 3 Darjeeling to Gangtok

    Gangtok welcomes you to sleep in the lap of nature, as a lullaby plays along the Coast of Teesta River, flowing quietly and creating music with its gentle stream. Intoxicate yourself with the pristine beauty of this region and feel the peace in the air and breathe the freshness all around. After breakfast, you check out from the hotel and transfer to Gangtok and en route visit Teesta river that flows almost all across the length of the state of Sikkim creating some breathtaking views with the mighty Himalayas in the backdrop. Check-in to your hotel and evening is free to relax in the cool environs in the lap of nature in this tribal and traditional town of Gangtok. Over night stay is in the hotel.
     
  • Day: 4 Gangtok Sightseeing

    After breakfast get ready for a half-day tour of the hamlet with a visit to Chorten Stupa- the seat of Buddhist tradition and a key center of learning. Also, see the handicraft museum to know and feel the richness of the art of weaving as you witness some of the most exquisite patterns in colors spread across a wide range of products- a specialty of the region. Also, visit other key sites of Buddhist religion like the Roomtek Monastery. Evening is free to unearth the charms of this picturesque town as you go around capturing moments and creating memories in this colorful and peace-loving city. Overnight stay is in the hotel.
     
  • Day: 5 Excursion Trip to Tsomgo Lake

    Today after breakfast you go on a half-day trip to Tsomgo Lake at an altitude of 12000 ft, located 32km from the main city. The place is of special significance as it is only 5 km away from the Chinese border and the famous Nathula pass is also nearby. The glacial origins of this lake make it a must on every tourist itinerary in the region as provides some awesome views of the eco biodiversity of the region. Evening gets free time to shop to your heart’s content and spend time in the local markets hobnobbing with the music-loving modern generation of this handcrafted town of Gangtok. Overnight stay is in the hotel.
     
  • Day: 6 Gangtok – Bagdogra - Departure

    Checkout from hotel in the morning after breakfast and head to the Airport to catch your flight for onward journey or head to Bagdogra or the New Jalpaiguri Station as your trip comes to end.
